Shipping Information and Policies

All orders received through the mail or by phone, by 1 p.m. E.S.T., will be sent the same day. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. Most of our customers in the Northeast receive their orders the next day via UPS Ground service. Delivery time will vary depending on your location.

We will ship “Next Day” or “Second Day” UPS Air, upon request, and bill at actual additional costs.
International orders are shipped via U.S. Post Office Global Priority, unless otherwise agreed upon. Upgrade options are available as listed. Additional international charges may apply. Duties and taxes are the clients' responsibility.

Orders on the Web:
All orders placed on our website obtain shipping estimates directly from the shipper selected. Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight of items ordered and the cost to ship from our location in Stratford, CT, to your location. All orders over $200.00 ship free of charge, everyday!

Orders by Phone or Mail:
Orders placed over the telephone or by mail will be charged the following for UPS Ground or USPS Priority for delivery:

• Order Total: $0.01 - $50.00 == $8.95
• Order Total: $50.01 - 100.00 == $9.95
• Order Total: $100.01 - 150.00 == $10.95
• Order Total: $150.01 - 199.99 == $11.95
• Order Total: $200.00+ == No Charge

Shipping upgrades will have an additional cost as needed depending on weight and shipping location. Please call us for details.

Items such as one-piece rods 9 feet and up and other special items may have an oversize item shipping amount added to the order, however this is generally less than $7, depending on your location. This cost will be automatically added to your order, and viewable to you at checkout. Please call with any questions.

Occasionally there may be items included on your order that are back-ordered, which may delay your shipment. Generally if the item cannot be received by us within 10 days we will ship ahead on the order and ship the remainder when received. If you wish for us to ship immediately on an order that may have back-ordered items, please note this at time of order in the comments. Thank you!
