Q: I don't see gift certificates, do you still offer them?
A: Yes, we still offer gift certificates. If you order one on the web, and wish to use it there, please request the gift certificate number be emailed to you. We formally send a copy in the mail which can be used if you phone or mail orders in.
Q: Do you have a retail location?
A: We do not have a formal retail store at this time. However, we welcome customers who are in the area and want to visit. Although we don't act directly as a storefront, we do have all of our in-stock items on site and available to "try out." Please call us before stopping in to be sure we are available to assist you.

Q: When I buy from The Surfcaster, is my information shared with third parties?
A: NO! The Surfcaster does not sell or provide your personal information to any third party unless you request that we do so for repair or warranty purposes.
Q: I'd like to buy a custom rod, how do I go about doing so?
A: Call us at 1-800-551-SURF and we'll be happy to go through the process of building your custom rod!
Q: I used to get catalogs from The Surfcaster in the mail. I haven't received one, why?
A: Due to changes in mailing addresses and locations of customers, we mail catalogs to our customers who have placed orders within the last 4-5 years. If you wish to receive a catalog again, please order one by clicking HERE. As in the past, the price of the catalog is credited to you when you place your next order with us. Or, if you do place an order, add a copy free of charge and it'll be included when we ship your order.
